If you want more overall force, leave this at default setting and adjust the gain in your wheel settings outside the game. I have the game working for wreckfest, but tried it for forza horizon 4 and its not compatible but there are ways around it. But when I connected my steering wheel (Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Italia) the situation has changed completely.
Force feedback works with other pc games like Forza Horizon 4 and also works correctly on the ps4 version of F1 2018. Gaming headsets and steering wheels for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 & PC. (the cheap £40.00 one) So i used this wheel with 'The Crew' for a few hours with no issue. Then the accelerator pedal stopped working fully so i could only rev to about 3000 and couldn't get past about 3rd gear at 60mph meaning basically I couldn't play the game since i was loosing all the races. I have been using my T80 Thrustmaster fine on Project Cars over the last couple of weeks.
Thrustmaster T500 RS Thrustmaster TH8A Thrustmaster Sequential Shifter/Handbrake Thrustmaster pedals T3PA and T3PA pro. I’ve been trying to get my thrustmaster t80 to work on my pc for a day or 2 now and I can’t seem to get it. The buttons work when I connect to the XBOX ONE, but I don't see it as a device in the system. On Forza Horizon 4 or Assetto Corsa everything works fine. Best bet is if you have games that require it already to get this and give it a try.
